Plan, organize, direct and manage the public counter operations within the Development Services Department; serve as a liaison for the public counter and coordinate operations and activities with other City departments and outside agencies; plan, oversee and maintain the City's automated development services processes using Accela government software and other software as needed; investigate and resolve customer service issues for the purpose of developing automation-based solutions; provide technical assistance to staff in the development of various system reports and perform a variety of technical and managerial tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
