Grow Alcon Dry Eye Devices business and achieve annual territory financial objectives by selling and implementing Alcon’s innovative and best-in-class dry eye products.
Develop and leverage world class account management skills and disease state knowledge to grow cash pay procedures and implement Alcon programs designed to drive doctor recommendations, enhance implementation and improve patient retention
Manage the entire selling process including prospecting, qualifying, securing new customers, installation, procedure training, and partnering with customers to grow their dry eye business and procedure volume.
Consult, uncover and build dry eye capability of Eye Care practices to improve patient care, practice profitability and Alcon profitability.
