Maintenance Worker
You will perform recurring building and/or utility maintenance and operation duties (i.e., electrical, masonry, engineering equipment operation, etc)
Perform electrical tasks such as replacing light switches and household light fixtures, changing light bulbs, etc.
Perform mostly concrete and plaster touch-up around existing historic and other masonry structures.
Operate and performs minor maintenance on a variety of vehicles such as ten wheel dump truck, front-end loader, bulldozer, hot oil distributor, road brooms, street sweepers, asphalt lay down machine, etc.
