Assists the Coordinator of Research Services and User Resources with all aspects of Interlibrary Loan. Processes interlibrary loan requests for Tulane University Health Sciences Center patrons and other local, regional, and national libraries. Manages lending and borrowing requests via the following systems ILLIAD, DOCLINE, and OCLC. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Strong written and oral communication skills in the English language
