Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Clients (prospects) – take job orders and assign them to the account manager.
Client meetings – attend as needed.
Intake – employee field complaints about Elite's practices, procedures, or personnel, propose a plan of action, and administer per approval.
Intake complaints – from guests, clients, or customers involving Elite employees, manage, follow up, and take the required action.
