Custodial and Grounds Coordinator Los Angeles

Under the supervision of the FAC Project Supervisor 2, this position will provide staffing, financial, and administrative support for the Custodial and Grounds division.
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, reports, process purchase orders for materials and supplies, research information, maintain filing systems, coordinate meetings; write emails to customers, and maintaining tool re-orders and inventory as well as various other related tasks. Review Kronos and ensure that timecards are completed with correct work orders. Coordinate safety meetings and materials and perform other related tasks as needed. Position is also responsible for process related to position hiring (requisitions, resumes, applications, scheduling of interviews, reference checks, on-boarding).
