Under the general supervision of the Department Manager and the Supervisor/Lead, incumbent is responsible for providing support to properties managed by UCLA Housing & Hospitality Services. The incumbent inspects and maintains painted exterior and interior painted surfaces, trimming and fixtures of buildings and other related structures and facilities. Use premixed paints or custom prepared paints; apply wood finishes (new and/or old surfaces) and appropriately prepare surfaces. Perform repairs to drywall, plastered surfaces and stucco. Demonstrate proper use and maintenance of airless and conventional spray equipment. Cover interior walls and ceilings of offices and related facilities with wallpaper or fabrics.
