Under the direction of the Information Technology Supervisor II of the Digital Services Delivery or Solutions Unit, the incumbent will perform a variety of duties in support of Franchise Tax Board's (FTB) public and FTBNet websites. The incumbent will work with team members, vendors, and subject matter experts to create web content for the Enterprise Data Revenue 2 (EDR2) project. This includes attending EDR2 JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions to review specifications, discuss impacts and create change requirements. When necessary, the incumbent will also collaborate with others to review specifications and use those agreed specifications to document, design, code, and test programs of medium to high complexity.
