What you will do
Ensure our owned and leased railcar fleet meets DOT regulations and ExxonMobil expectations through extensive knowledge of AAR Field Manual and TPSP oversight within assigned region
Improve the long-term health of our railcar fleet while identifying efficiency opportunities
Day to day management of the field service network
Collaborate with onsite area rail management to ensure site needs are met
Hold TPSPs accountable to performance and repair expectations
