Qualifications: The Candidate should have a 2 or 4-year degree in Turf Management or have equivalent work experience in the sports turf industry, specifically in baseball as a groundskeeper. Strong communication and people skills are a necessity. Must be self-motivated with a high attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Must be able to multitask and have time management skills. Must have the ability to stand for hours at a time, withstand a multitude of weather conditions from cold wet conditions to extreme heat.
