Under direct supervision of Principal Investigator and/or supervisor, incumbent serves as a technician for research laboratory with a focus on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy research. Responsibilities include performing basic molecular biology techniques such as tissue culture, quantitative RT-PCR, biopsy and blood separations, immunohistochemistry, and biochemical assays; assisting with general laboratory maintenance. Other duties as assigned.
