Responsibilities:
Creating a warm, professional, and welcoming first impression for our guests and working with security to help track and greet visitors
Coordinating with vendors (catering, maintenance, event staff, etc.), escorting, and directing contractors who are here to do one-off and recurring tasks to ensure compliance with our policies
Overseeing our mailing system, including Amazon deliveries, larger office supplies, staff and priority mail, shipping requests, and tracking delivery requests and returns
