Inspects, repairs, fabricates, installs, services and maintains systems for distribution of water, gas, and sewage. Prepares rough sketches of work and estimates of materials and labor.
Performs plumbing duties. Inspects, maintains, and repairs portions of standard plumbing systems and equipment concerned with water and sewage. While these duties are oriented to urgent repair needs, the Plumber would be capable of (and expected to), inspecting, maintaining, and repairing complete plumbing systems, including fluid flows (e.g., natural gas) in addition to water and sewage.
