State licensure to practice as an esthetician.
Proven work experience as an esthetician
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
Ability to develop a plan of action for patients’ care
Deep knowledge of skin care techniques
Certification in Hydrafacial, Dermaplaning, Microneedling or desire and willingness to obtain these
Obtain product knowledge to promote and sell spa services and retail products.
