Primary Purpose:
Advises in the development of environmental and energy efficiency policies and strategies for SoCalGas. Provide analysis of regulatory and legislative policies that could impact SoCalGas and its customers. Provides early warning of potential changes in critical environmental and energy efficiency regulations and identify and alert appropriate business units; Manages company contacts with energy special interest groups; Directs the development of detailed analyses/studies of proposed rules and/or regulations; Develops and directs the preparation of materials, issues statements, etc., related to energy and natural gas issues.
